KCTCS’ beautiful facilities provide a professional setting at an affordable cost, whether you’re planning a business meeting or small conference.

Whatever your event’s purpose, our experienced conference staff can help you assess your requirements and work with you to select the appropriate facilities, audio-visual equipment, technology, and food to ensure a professional gathering.  

KCTCS’ operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and our facility is about 10 minutes from Bluegrass airport and major highways.  Free parking is available on site.
