Strategic Training Plans – KCTCS staff are available to work with organizations to develop and customize training plans that reflect the specific needs of your organization.
Project Management – Learn how to take a project through all phases of development including developing timelines and measurable objectives.
Strategic Planning – Understand the steps that enable your organization to anticipate change, fulfill your vision, focus on real world solutions, set goals, and develop strategies. During this course you will develop a mission statement; analyze strengths and weaknesses; identify measurable key results; and establish strategic objectives for accomplishing goals.
Train-the-Trainer – This course is designed to assist new and current trainers in developing the basic skills necessary to become an effective trainer. You’ll learn about presentation, training and learning styles as well as strategies to deal with various personality types who make up your audience.
Creating a Customer Focus – Learn the importance of good customer service and discuss ways to develop a customer-focused business. Develop strategies for improving customer service while increasing your effectiveness.
