Leadership and Management
Personal and Organizational Leadership – Learn how to become a more effective leader by developing mission statements, shifting paradigms and practicing new leadership skills. Discuss myths of leadership as well as proven principles that are common to effective leadership styles.
Supervisory Management – These courses integrate skill development with practical theoretical application. Topics include roles and responsibilities, qualities of leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, resolving conflict, effective delegation, time management, performance evaluation and coaching and developing employees.
Leading Change – Managing change requires an understanding of the change process and its effect on people. You’ll understand the change process and how to plan and effectively implement change within your organization.
Team Leadership – This course is designed to develop an awareness of teamwork by providing an overview of the skills needed to function as a team member. You’ll understand how to utilize the personal attributes of each individual’s role on the team to develop strategies for improvement.
