Introduction to Process Improvement – Learn how to identify your processes by defining the sequence of events, steps or tasks. Identify the people involved in the process and their responsibility. Outline each step of your process to transform inputs into outputs within your system.
Implementing Process Improvement – A team-based approach to continuous improvement that focuses on long-range vision and goals while identifying improvement areas. Distinguish between value added and non-value added activities and develop a systematic method to implement change in the organization.

Effective Meeting Strategies – Develop the techniques that can be used to improve your meetings as well as begin to understand the roles that can make meetings more successful. You’ll learn how to start, conduct and close meetings as well as how to improve the overall meeting process.

Lean Manufacturing Simulations – A one day workshop in which attendees will work on a simulated factory floor in several intensive production rounds while producing an actual product. You will be able to see, feel and measure the effects as different lean manufacturing principles are incorporated into the factory.

Lean Manufacturing Implementation – Effectiveness and efficiency in manufacturing processes are two essential elements for long-term survival. This course focuses on how to eliminate the waste elements within a manufacturing operation by utilizing well designed principles and practices: employee involvement, continuous improvement methods (kaizen), just-in-time principles, standardized work, cellular production processes, and order point production control.

ISO/QS 9000 – Certified auditors are available to provide training and consulting to companies who are pursuing certification. Topics include auditing, audit preparation, ethics involved in quality and the certification process.
