Where can I find help for my student e-mail account or my student self-service account?

• Check your student e-mail
• Visit Student Self-service for grades, tuition payments, etc.
• Don't have a student account? Create one!
• Already have an account? Accessing Your Student Records and Registering for Classes
• Need to RESET your password? Use Internet Explorer web browser to visit https://webmail.kctcs.edu. Select the "New Users / Password Resets (for Applicants and Students)" link.
• Having trouble? Contact the student services office at your local KCTCS College. They have access to your accounts and can help you resolve any log-in or password problems.

What Online or Distance Learning courses are offered?

See the KCTCS Distance Learning web site or contact the Kentucky Virtual Campus for information or questions about online courses.

Who do I contact about registration, my class schedule, exam times, etc.?

Contact your college or instructor(s) about class meeting times, class questions, exam schedules and any other matters regarding your class schedule.

How do I request a transcript?

To obtain a transcript, please contact the KCTCS College you attended.

Who do I speak with about financial aid questions?

First contact the financial aid staff at the KCTCS college you attend, and be sure to review our online financial aid information.

Information about academic programs and courses as well as what colleges offer them can be found in our online catalog. You can also contact the college nearest you.
