KCTCS Colleges have written procedures which are available to you from the Office of Student Financial Assistance of the college you will attend.   After the charges for tuition, fees, and often books are removed, all financial aid funds (refund checks) will be disbursed to students in one or more of the following three methods:

• Some KCTCS Colleges may have the refund check sent directly to your home address.
• Some KCTCS Colleges may have the refund check sent to the school and forwarded to your address. And,
• Some KCTCS Colleges hand out the refund check at their business office.
