Online Access Instructions Find your KCTCS EmplID (or USER ID, same as College ID #) It is a nine digit number that begins with "001" and may be found on either your schedule or bill or other correspondence to you from your KCTCS college. Request your student ID number if you do not have it. Contact the college you will attend to request your student ID number. Be prepaid to present your photo ID in order to obtain this information. Go to Online Access (Student Self-Service - Webmail, Grades &  Financial Records) Go to the FAIR page (Financial Aid Information Request) Enter your last name and your nine digit student ID. Select "Sign In" Print the page with your account information so you will have it for future reference. If you do not have access to a printer, make sure you write down your username (example: jdoe0001) and EmplID(student ID number) . Set your password. The password must be 8 characters long.  It must include uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase (a-z) characters and numbers (0-9) or symbols and cannot include your name. Once you have completed these steps you can access your student Financial Aid "To Do" list. (Your "To Do" list outlines specific information that must submitted to the financial aid office before your financial aid can be determined)
