Kentucky Quality Matters Project
KCTCS eLearning is dedicated to create, develop and provide quality online courses and is participating in a statewide project, Quality Matters. The Quality Matters tool set and process are based in national standards of best practice, research literature and instructional design principles, promotion of student learning, a continuous quality improvement process, and is part of a faculty-driven, peer review process. Quality Matters will be delivering three sessions for online faculty members, including KCTCS colleges in KY over the next few months. The three sessions offered in KY will be:
October 3, 2006 - Western Kentucky University
November 30, 2006 - Morehead State University
December 1, 2006 - Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning, U of L
Each session will last from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Please contact Sandy Cook (sandy.cook@kctcs.edu) for information about KCTCS participation.
