Resources RAMP Team Recommendations Accepted:
Board and Administrative Policies 2.8 - Separation
The PLT recommendation from the Resources RAMP Team to revise these policies to clarify and align the categories of Separation with the Employment categories in other Human Resources policies was accepted. The policy revisions will be added to the KCTCS Board of Regents December meeting agenda for their review.
Program RAMP Team Recommendations Accepted:
Admissions and Records Procedures Manual: Workgroup Recommendations
The PLT recommendation from the Program RAMP Team to adopt these recommendations to eliminate notations of academic status from the official KCTCS transcripts was accepted for implementation. It was noted that annotations will continue on the advising transcripts for internal use.
U.S. Department of Education Procedures
The PLT recommendation from the Program RAMP Team to revise the DOE procedures requiring the colleges to send the SACS/COE (accreditation agencies) notification report to them with an updated electronic application for program participation (EAPP) was accepted for implementation.
Policy 2.3 Search/Appointment/Orientation
The PLT recommendation from the Program RAMP Team to revise and integrate this policy for community and technical colleges was accepted for implementation.
