FINANCIAL RESOURCES TAG Recommendations Accepted:

Vacation Accrual Procedures - The PLT recommendation from the FR TAG limiting the employee vacation balances to 40 days was accepted for implementation. Employees with vacation balances in excess of 40 days will have until December 31, 2004, to use those vacation days.

INTERNAL RESOURCES TAG Recommendations Accepted:

Phased Retirement - The PLT recommendation from the IR TAG to implement a shared retirement program with limitations of current benefits providers and retirement plans was accepted. Colleges will retain the flexibility to offer the phased retirement program within available resources.
