LEARNING RESOURCES (LR) TAG Recommendations Accepted:

High School Reporting Workshop Recommendations - The PLT recommendation from the LR TAG to implement proposed changes to reporting process for High School enrollments to align with CPE admissions requirements, KCTCS advising, institutional research and communications needs, has been accepted for implementation.

FINANCIAL RESOURCES (FR) TAG Recommendations Accepted:

Bookstore Procedures Manual and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) - The PLT recommendation to accept the FR TAG proposed Bookstore Procedures Manual and to proceed with the issuance of two RFPs for bookstore services has been accepted. The RFPs to be issued are for 1) Integrated system wide bookstore Point-of –Sale/Textbook Management System, and 2) KCTCS Lease-Management Contract.

SCHOLARSHIP AD HOC TEAM Recommendations Accepted:

Scholarship Workgroup Recommendation – The PLT recommendation to designate the System’s Office of Institutional Advancement as the responsible entity for system-wide coordination and communication of Scholarship programs, and to create a Scholarship workgroup of system-wide representatives was accepted for implementation.
