LEARNING RESOURCES (LR) TAG Recommendations Accepted:

Kentucky Board of Nursing/Teacher-Student Ratios Policy - The PLT recommendation from the LR TAG to revise the policy outlining a teacher/student ratio of 10:1 in response to the Kentucky Board of Nursing issues was accepted for implementation.
Administrative Policy 4.18, KCTCS Student/Faculty Ratios in Nursing Clinicals, approved 11-4-03

- DOE Follow-up Procedures - The PLT recommendation from the LR TAG to adopt a follow-up process that includes KCTCS System Financial Aid Office was accepted for implementation.

INTERNAL RESOURCES (IR) TAG Recommendations Accepted:

Sexual Harassment Training Software - The PLT recommendation from the IR TAG to purchase training software with the costs to be shared among the 16 colleges and the System Office (Internal Affairs) was accepted.

FINANCIAL RESOURCES (FR) TAG Recommendations Accepted:

Refund Policy 5.4.3 - The PLT recommendation from the FR TAG to revise the policy to align student, academic, and business processes for providing tuition refunds was accepted for implementation.
Administrative Policy 5.4.3, Kentucky Community and Technical College Refund Policy, approved 11-19-03
