College to Host Concluding Celebration for Fulfilling the Promise
Fulfilling the Promise Campaign Chairman Steve Cox and President Dr. Judy Rhoads have announced that MCC will host an "end of campaign celebration/dinner" for volunteers
and college friends on Thursday, April 20, at 6:30 pm on the stage of the Glema Mahr Center for the Arts.
The event will focus on successes of Phase One of Fulfilling the Promise, including recognition of community volunteers, lead gifts to scholarships, the Quality Endowment, and the Glema Center, and announcements of estate gifts from Muhlenberg County that the college will be receiving in the near future - gifts that are specifically devoted to the Muhlenberg Campus.
The four main objectives for Fulfilling the Promise were scholarships, arts funding, academic program support, and the Quality Endowment. MCC is the first KCTCS college
to conclude its campaign activities. Formal invitations will be sent, but everyone is invited. Contact the Development Office at 824-8593 for details.
