Hazard Community & Technical College employees contributed a total of $91,301 toward the college's Fulfilling the Promise campaign and the college is indebted to Professor Ella Strong for serving as the chair of the Internal Campaign. The college announced a $4 million goal for the campaign. HCTC President Jay Box noted Mrs. Strong serves the college as Division Chair for Business and Information Technology, Professor of Information Technology, Distance Learning Coordinator, and CISCO Regional Instructor. "We appreciate her leadership in conveying to the college employees the importance of this campaign," Dr. Box said. Mrs. Strong was assisted by numerous college employees who were involved as vice chairs and team leaders.
