Recently, BSCTC began a new chapter in its educational journey with a focus on learning-centeredness. The new focus has resulted in a culture where the learners' needs are the driving force in decision making. Providing students with the opportunity to meaningfully shape their learning experience is just one way BSCTC continues to expand the collaborative learning environment.



Over the past five years, enrollment at BSCTC has increased by 50 percent. New degree, diploma and certificate programs continue to be added in response to local employer and workforce needs. Enrollment projections indicate that this trend will be ongoing.
