The Clark County Community Foundation is a key player in making higher education possible in Winchester-Clark County. In 2004, Bluegrass Community and Technical College was awarded a grant from the Foundation to establish the Ralph L. Oliver Scholarship to recognize an outstanding community member from Winchester-Clark County. Through the Foundation’s continued funding of the scholarship, 13 students from Winchester-Clark County have been able to attend the College each year. The Foundation has played a pivotal role in enabling students to access higher education, and the College is truly grateful for its support.
