Through hard work and perseverance, Malcom Layne has become a well-known community leader and businessman. He is the president of Layne Brothers Ford in Ivel, Kentucky. His generous contributions have made it possible for the College to enhance and improve the quality of life for students. Mr. Layne also serves on the Big Sandy Community and Technical College Board of Directors.

Mr. Robert Bayes has been actively involved with the College for many years, giving generously of his time and resources. He is currently the chair of the Big Sandy College Educational Foundation, Inc. and is also playing a key leadership role as chair of the Fulfilling the Promise Campaign. In addition to his many duties as president for Classic Bank, he is involved in numerous church, civic and economic development activities throughout the Big Sandy region.
