Northern Kentucky entrepreneur, William P. Butler, chairman and CEO of Corporex Companies, Inc. donated a 6.4-acre parcel of land to the Northern Community and Technical College District, the first sizeable donation to the new institution. The property valued at $495,000 is on Weaver Road and I-75 in Boone County is located adjacent to the District�s recently purchased land on Mount Zion Road. The property is significant to the District as it will offer accessibility to the future campus from another avenue. This gift is the largest single gift to the District from the private sector.
