Dr. Wally Montgomery presently serves on the PJC, Inc. Board of Trustees, chairs the Development Committee of the Board, and serves on the Development Council. He led the medical community division of the campaign to construct Crounse Hall � home of the engineering school. Mrs. Geraldine Montgomery was the Mayor of Paducah and, as such, served as an ex-officio member of the PJC, Inc. Board of Trustees. The Montgomery�s are Patrons of PCC�s Arts In Focus series and donors to both the Crounse Hall and Challenger Learning Center campaigns. |

As CEO, Mr. Joe Framptom encourages the bank and its employees to actively support education in the Paducah area. Mr. Framptom, presently serves on the PJC, Inc. Board of Trustees and has recently completed a three-year term as chairman. Paducah Bank sponsors a golf team in PJC�s Celebrity Golf Tournament and donates auction items to the Gala Scholarship Auction. These exclusive events help provide scholarship monies for academic studies. Paducah Bank is a Sustaining Member of PCC�s Arts In Focus series and donors to both the Crounse Hall and Challenger Learning Center campaigns. Currently, Paducah Bank is sponsoring the Challenger Learning Center Art Contest for local elementary students. |
Ms. Shirley Hoy, Paducah

Ms. Hoy, Executive Director of the Rotary Club of Paducah, has proven her dedication to the citizens of Western Kentucky through her service beyond self. Shirley continues to provide assistance and loyal support to the West Kentucky Technical College Foundation. She has encouraged the Rotary Board to provide the funding for the Annual Quilt Project, a major foundation fundraiser conducted each year during the American Quilters Society Convention that is held in Paducah. In addition, Shirley helped establish an annual academic scholarship to a deserving West Kentucky Technical College student. In 2001 she was named a member of the College Advisory Board. The faculty, staff, and students at West Kentucky Technical College are proud to count Shirley Hoy as a true friend of the college. |

Alcan has provided continual support to the College with sizeable contributions of equipment and materials to many of the technical programs. Recently Alcan stepped forward to fund a special project for the deckhand training program at West Kentucky Technical College. Mr. James A. Burr, President of Alcan and Mr. Randy Fox, Director of Human Resources and Community Affairs, are strong advocates of technical education and a major part of the College�s success.
