Sammy Levinson possesses a personal vision of quality and excellence for technical education. He is President of McHenry Brass Incorporated, a jobber foundry and machine shop located in McHenry, Kentucky and has 25 plus years experience in the metals industry. The common theme through all of Mr. Levinsons efforts with the Bowling Green Technical College is the uplifting of technical education and the importance, practicality, and dignity of technical careers. When Bowling Green Technical College starts counting their various friends and supporters, General Motors Corvette Assembly Plant will always be on the top of our list. Since June 1, 1981, Corvettes have been built in Bowling Green exclusively. The Corvette Assembly Plant has been generous in supporting our College with in-kind donations for the transportation technology and welding programs. The partnership formed by the College and the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant has enhanced the educational experiences of our students. Many thanks to the Corvette Assembly Plant for helping us in Changing Lives.
