Mr. Milner believes that training fosters excellence in workmanship, increases safety, and establishes an accident-free environment.  Through a partnership with Central Kentucky Technical College faculty, Mr. Milner provides job opportunities for CKTC students though the cooperative education program.  As a result, numerous students have been hired as full-time employees.  He also donates equipment and materials to Central Kentucky Technical College for classroom use.  An employee of Milner Electric serves as a member of the Electrical Technology Program Advisory Board and provides invaluable advice and information to the College�s Electrical Technology Program.

R R Donnelley has donated substantial resources for print materials for the Academic Resource Center at the new Danville Campus facility of Central Kentucky Technical College.  Accepting the award for R R Donnelley is Mr. J. Glynn Perry, Senior Vice President of Operations and Division Director of the Danville Manufacturing Plant. Mr. Perry  is currently serving as Honorary Chair of the Central Kentucky Technical College Danville Campus Capital Campaign and is very supportive of its efforts within the Bluegrass District.
