First please contact the student services office at your college to confirm that your student identification information is correct.

Here are the requirements for a complex password:

1. Cannot contain all or part of the user's account name
2. Be at least eight characters in length
3. Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
4. English uppercase characters (A through Z)
5. English lowercase characters (a through z)
6. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
7. Symbolic characters (e.g., !, $, #, %)
8. Be significantly different from prior passwords.
9. Not contain your name or user name. 
10. Not be a common word or name.
