The KCTCS tagline for the System Office, Colleges, Campuses and Programs is "Higher Education Begins Here." This tagline should be prominently placed on all advertisement, preferably as a part of the KCTCS, College, or Campus logo. Sub-brand taglines must be approved through the System Office Department of Marketing and Communications.
The KCTCS Tagline font is Trajan Pro Regular or Bold. If one of these fonts is not available, Garamond may be used in substitution. The font should not be altered or distorted either vertically or horizontally. The tagline font can be altered in only one instance—when it is used within the body copy of an ad or collateral piece. Bold may be used in when the tag line is reversed to white and smaller than 12 pt (shown below). Other than use in body copy, the tagline should always be in full caps.
The Workforce Solutions tagline is "Customized Workforce Training." This tagline should be prominently placed on all Workforce Solutions business and marketing materials, preferably as a part of the logo.
