Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi Chuan is sometimes called the most popular form of all martial
arts which is now practiced worldwide. Tai Chi is a classic form of
Chinese martial arts that incorporates a complete exercise program.
It has been proven to improve a person's balance, flexibility, endurance,
blood circulation, mental activity and respiration. It can also be
used to develop the flow of your energy (Chi) which is purported in
Chinese medicine to improve one's overall health. Tai Chi can also
be interpreted in a manner of self defense and the last part of the
class will focus on this area for those interested. This is a great
introduction to Tai Chi or a great mid-week rev up! More
