What is Employee Relations?Employee Relations at KCTCS is a service provided to faculty and staff to assist with questions and problems related to policies and procedures such as the complaint-resolution procedure, employee rights, leaves of absence, harassment-free work environment, and the progressive disciplinary process. Employee Relations is also a liaison for the Legal Department regarding Human Resources issues and complaints.Some common questions received from employees are those regarding KCTCS policy interpretation, coworker problems, appeals, complaints, family medical leave, and general procedural information.
