To create a comfortable, respectful and professional environment,
based on understanding and trust, to inform and assist those who seek
our services.
The KCTCS Office of Cultural Diversity maintains a Minority Registry.
Send us your resume and we will make it accessible to the KCTCS colleges
as positions become vacant.
All faculty positions require at least a Master's degree with
at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline or a Master's degree
in the teaching field.
KCTCS colleges are located throughout the state and are diverse in size,
geography, student body, and staff. KCTCS offers competitive salaries,

upon request:
- Motivational workshops;
- Cultural diversity workshops;
- Cultural Competence;
- Sexual and racial harassment workshops;
- Consultation and guidance with KCTCS college presidents/directors
and local diversity representatives to determine a positive plan of
action;
- Cultural activities at the college campus level.
