To create a comfortable, respectful and professional environment, based on understanding and trust, to inform and assist those who seek our services.

The KCTCS Office of Cultural Diversity maintains a Minority Registry.  Send us your resume and we will make it accessible to the KCTCS colleges as positions become vacant. 

All faculty positions require at least a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline or a Master's degree in the teaching field.

To KCTCS colleges, we offer, and will provide the following services, upon request:

  • Motivational workshops;
  • Cultural diversity workshops;
  • Cultural Competence;
  • Sexual and racial harassment workshops;
  • Consultation and guidance with KCTCS college presidents/directors and local diversity representatives to determine a positive plan of action;
  • Cultural activities at the college campus level.
