Cultural Diversity
The KCTCS Office of Cultural Diversity Operational Plan consists of three primary goals.
Goal #1:
To create a welcoming climate for all cultures and all levels throughout the organization.
Goal #2:
To contribute to recruitment, retention and promotion of culturally diverse students, faculty and staff.
Goal #3:
To Ensure compliance with the Kentucky Plan.
