LEVEL 2
Level Two advising is invaluable to your educational success because at this point you will create an academic plan with your advisor. Your advisor will ask you a series of questions concerning your interests, your goals, help you assess your strengths and areas for improvement, and will help you chart a plan to help you reach your goal in a timely manner. Here's how it works: Once you complete the online New Student Application, your information will be transferred to your Home College. The distance-learning advisor from your Home College will contact you via e-mail to start the advising process. If for some reason, you do not receive a contact call or e-mail message from your advisor, e-mail the advisor yourself. A complete list of distance learning advisors and their home colleges is found in the "College Contact Numbers".
LEVEL 3
Level Three advising is easily accessed through your advisor. If you need career counseling or personal counseling in the realms of stress, time management, self-assertion, etc., your academic advisor will know how to direct you. Please ask. Let your academic advisor be your map through college.
