Below is a list of the sealed Invitation to Bid and Request for Proposals opportunities currently available with the KCTCS Purchasing Department. To be considered, each sealed bid or proposal must be received by the date supplied.
If your firm is interested in submitting a bid or proposal, please obtain a copy of the appropriate Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal by printing it from this site or contacting the KCTCS Purchasing Department:

Submit a Bid or Proposal
To submit a bid or proposal, first complete the bid/proposal form(s) and return all required documentation by the date and time specified on the document. If you print the bid/proposal document from this site, you should additionally review the list periodically for any addendum that may be issued. Please be sure to include any addenda with the bid document as failure to do so may result in the unacceptability of the bid. All bids and any addenda must be returned by the date and time specified on the Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal. Finally, the bid/proposal form must have an original signature.
Additional Information
Facsimile bid are not acceptable. Additionally, all bids and contracts are subject to General Terms and Conditions of KCTCS. You may download/print a copy of these or request that a copy be mailed to you by contacting the Purchasing Department at 859-256-3325. Bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope identified with the Invitation to Bid number and opening/return date on the face of the envelope. Bids should be addressed to the following:
