At KCTCS, we know that different students learn in different ways. That’s why we offer several ways for you to participate in our variety of programs.

On Campus Our colleges offer over 90 different programs on our 68 campuses throughout Kentucky. With world-class facilities and equipment—including virtual classrooms, online learning systems, and interactive TV rooms—along with our top-notch faculty, it’s a high-quality traditional college experience—close to home.

KCTCS Online A revolution in online education, KCTCS Online offers classes as “modules”—bite-size classes about 3-5 weeks long that you can start on a schedule you choose. Modules build toward complete courses for accredited, affordable degrees, certificates, and diplomas. While these offerings are primarily offered online, some required exams and lab activities may take place on-campus.

KCTCS Distance Learning KCTCS Distance Learning – Our more traditional online offering, KCTCS Distance Learning offers typical semester-long courses online. Many complete degree, certificate, and diploma programs are offered through our traditional distance learning model. While these offerings are primarily offered online, some required exams and lab activities may take place on-campus.
